Safety and environment
With us, safety and concern for the environment always come first, and diving is no exception. Our PADI instructor carefully accompanies all the courses and dives and is professionally responsible for the course safety.
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
As a beginner you don’t need anything – we take care of everything!
At the beginners course and at Discover Scuba we provide you with all the equipment, including an ABC set (mask, snorkel and fins). But when you realize that diving has become your new way of living, it is recommendable that you acquire your own ABC set. You can buy all the equipment in our store where we represent top quality brands such as BARE, BESHAUT,CRESSI, APEKS, BADI, FABER, ELIOS…
DIVING LOCATIONS
Fiesa
If we go to Fiesa, we automatically visit dive center Sharky that recently opened its doors at the Fiesa beach, which made everything much easier for divers. Now, there is no need for us to drive anywhere, we simply refill our tanks at Sharky’s. The underwater world of our short coast is incredibly diverse despite its tininess, full of different life forms, which can surprise even the most demanding divers. Since we like surprises, the majority of our courses is carried out there, especially OWD and AOWD.
Sveta Marina
Still in the continent opposite Cres island, where in spring and fall there are not so many tourists, you can easily spot our groups of divers. We frequently join our diving adventures with other Slovenian dive centers, e.g. Big Wing Divers – the more the merrier! An apartment house offers us comfortable lodging where we can all hang out in the evening, have some BBQ and share our diving day impressions. Everyone is more than welcome!
Cres
In close vicinity to Cres town, there is a dive center that we visited last year for the first time and were thrilled with their hospitality. With a small rubber boat they carry us to all the nearby locations, also to Lina, where there is an appreciable amount of beautiful things to be seen under water. A great location where we carry out our AOWD courses and all the specialties. Diversity of the underwater landscape provides us with a bunch of opportunities for a quality performance of our courses.
